The manufacturing and technological process is structured in three main groups:

1. „Cutting” section with an intermediate main materials storehouse for one-week manufacture, fabric tampering rooms and room for cutting out and accessories gluing.

2. “Confectioning” section with three flow lines, each one isolated in a separate manufacture room.

3. “Finishing works” section with three units:

- finishing operation;
-
- final ironing;
-
- sorting, labeling and packaging of ready garments.
A “New models” unit equipped with CAD system for creation, modification, grading and printing of patterns and sketches has been functioning since 2005. Thus the development of private trade mark products was initiated.
The mission of TPK “Nov Svyat” is directed towards the development, production and realization of competitive tailoring articles with a quality to meet the current and future requirements of cooperation’s partners and clients.
The overall objectives underlying the development strategy are, as follows:

- Increasing the competitiveness through the increasing and establishment of the capacity for managing the company;

- Strengthening the cooperation’s position as a leading manufacturer and exporter of high quality ladies’ garments;

- Extension and confirmation of manufacture of own trade mark products;

- Improvement of technological processes through the implementation of modern equipment, innovations and up-to-date forms of organization of manufacture;

- Effective utilization of material, human and financial resources in accordance with the necessities of the parties concerned;

- Systematic conduction of trainings for raising the level of qualification of the staff and their motivation for high quality labour and internal attitude for achieving better and durable results.
The technological security and the production environment in the cooperation provide the possibility to produce articles of different fabrics with high complexity, while guaranteeing the client’s set parameters for the required quality of manufactured production. According to the covered specialization each of the production lines is equipped with automatic and high-speed straight stitch and special sewing machines “JUKI” and “DURKOP” of the latest manufactured class. Equipment in the finishing operations and ironing sections is also entirely renovated.
The production process is maintained by well prepared team of specialists with rich professional experience. Full quality control is established on all stages of the process, including incoming, intermediate and final control of the manufacture. The implementation quality management system under ISO 9001:2000 in 2005 has provided complete identification and traceability of the articles manufacturing process.
The cooperation is specialized entirely in the manufacture of ladies’ garments of late. The range of products covers: skirts, trousers, coats, jackets, blazers and suits. Annually TPK “Nov Svyat” produce circa 80 000 pieces of garments, of which 90% are designated for export.
Main partners are companies from Germany, France and England. The traditionally good relations with some of the partners have been maintained for more than 15 years already.
